Dec. 21 (Bloomberg) — Gillian Metzger, professor of law at Columbia Law School, spoke on Dec. 16 with Bloomberg Law’s Lee Pacchia about legal challenges to President Barack Obama’s health-care law and a recent ruling by a judge in Virginia that found the so-called individual mandate provision unconstitutional.
